Our drive-thru Video Tellers provide personal, face-to-face service from knowledgeable West Community Member Representatives.

Just drive up, touch the screen to "SPEAK WITH A TELLER" and one of our friendly representatives will arrive on screen, happy to help you with your transactions.

 

New Drive-Thru Equipment

WE ADDED VIDEO TELLERS SO WE COULD:

  • Provide service until 6:00 pm every night of the week at branches with Drive-Thru Teller Machines:
    • Florissant
    • Lake St Louis
    • O'Fallon
    • St Peters
  • Open our Drive-Thrus for normal service hours, even if we have to close our lobbies due to weather
  • Bring Drive-Thru service to more locations
  • Increase the security and protection of your accounts

MORE WAYS TO SPEAK WITH A TELLER

When you press the "SPEAK WITH A TELLER" button on one of our Video Teller screens:

  • A friendly West Community Member Representative will greet you, just like at any of our other drive-thrus
  • They will help you complete deposits and withdrawals, answer questions about your account, accept loan payments, and more—all the same transactions you make at any of our traditional drive-thrus.

FAQs about our Video Tellers

All of our Video Teller Representatives are employed at the Credit union and work out of our corporate headquarters in O'Fallon Missouri.

Absolutely not. Each Drive-Thru Video Teller transaction provides one-on-one attention from a Member Representative, so we have more staff than before dedicated to drive-thru service. We gave frontline employees the opportunity to change positions. Some were really excited to train on a new system and become part of the Video Teller team, and some love serving our members in our branch lobbies, and chose to keep doing so. Plus, Video Teller machines allowed us to add drive-thru service in locations we couldn't provide it before, requiring additional staff and creating jobs.

At our Video Teller Machines, you can do most traditional banking transactions:

  • Cash a check
  • Make a cash or check deposit
  • Get cash back
  • Transfer funds
  • Make a loan payment
  • Account maintenance
  • Balance inquiry

For the protection of your accounts, please visit us inside a branch for any of the following:

  • Card printing
  • Cashier’s check printing
  • Deposit or receive coins*
  • Name changes
  • Adding or removing signers
  • Opening new accounts
  • Statement printing
  • Check orders
  • Cash advances
  • Changing or releasing beneficiaries

Please note, the majority of these are not available at our traditional drive-thrus either.

*Coin in cashed checks will be deposited into the account of your choice

Video Teller machines offer the ability to speak with a West Community Member Representative and provide more in-depth services like loan payments, account maintenance, and more.

Branches with outdoor Drive-Thru Videos Tellers have Member Representatives available until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, and on Saturday 9:00 am to Noon. All Video Teller machines operate as an ATM 24/7.

Please note: When making a deposit, cash and checks can only be accepted as LOOSE BILLS OR CHECKS—WITHOUT BINDING of any kind (such as paperclips, rubber bands, staples, etc.)

In order for our Member Representatives to access your account, you'll need to provide an ID, debit or credit card, first and last name, member number or account number, or social security number. The identity verification and security requirements are just as stringent as they are in-branch or at a traditional drive-thru window. Once an account is verified, our Video Teller representative have the same access as our in-branch staff.

You can choose to receive any variety of $1 bills, $5 bills, $20 bills, and even $50 bills.
