We are working to keep you safe
We are happy to welcome you into our branches.
We appreciate your continued patience and support. In keeping with state and local guidance, our lobbies reopened for full access on Monday, June 1, 2020. For every member’s safety, and the safety of our staff, we thank you for respecting the following while visiting a branch:
WEAR A MASK
Masks are required in St. Louis City and County. We request visitors wear masks when entering any West Community branch. For security purposes, during a branch visit we may ask you to briefly remove your mask in order to identify you. Your cooperation is appreciated.
MAINTAIN A SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCE
To ensure we are able to provide the safest situation possible, branch capacity limits are in effect at all branches. You may be asked to wait to enter.
DO NOT ENTER A BRANCH IF YOU ARE EXHIBITING ANY SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19
Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
LIMIT IN-PERSON BRANCH BANKING
All branch lobbies are open for normal business hours, however, when possible please use drive-thru, drive-up ATM, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking services.
If you need to visit a branch but don't feel safe going inside, we have drive-thru banking available during normal business hours at our Brentwood, Florissant and O'Fallon branches.
