BILL PAY
How long does it take to process a bill payment?
Whenever possible, payments are made electronically; however, since not all merchants are able to process payments this way, some are made by check. Funds are debited the day the payment is scheduled. Then electronic payments are made in two business days and payments made by check will process in five business days. Please allow appropriate time for this process when viewing the due dates of bills to be paid.
Can I change or cancel a bill payment?
You have until 1 p.m. central time the day the payment is scheduled to make a change or cancel the payment. After that time, you will have to work directly with the merchant.
