> Fax or mail
> Or at one of our offices in Brentwood or O’Fallon,
or a shared branch location

> 0% balance transfers for 6 months
with no balance transfer fees
> No annual fees
> No hidden fees or charges
> 25-day grace period
> Convenience checks for qualified members

To report a lost or stolen West Community credit or debit card call card security immediately at 1-800-449-7728. Please contact us immediately thereafter at (636) 720-2400 or (800) 500-6860. If the office is closed, please call first thing the next day. For normal card inquiries, please call 1-800-654-7728. If you need further assistance, please call us during business hours.

Travel Alert
For your protection, your debit and
credit cards are monitored for fraud
and may be shut down due to unusual
activity. Before you travel, call our
Card Service Department at option 4
to alert them and avoid unnecessary
interruption of service. Should your card
be declined while you travel, call our office
during business hours or the 800# on the
back of your card after-hours to resume service.
